As owner of TAB Seattle Eastside, Rich implements an essential combination of peer advisory boards, one-on-one coaching, and proprietary tools to bring business owners increased support, focus, and accountability, enabling them to reach higher levels of professional and personal fulfillment.
Rich brings to TAB more than 30 years of experience and leadership in sales, strategic planning, team building, and employee mentoring. Throughout his career, he has held various senior level executive positions with privately owned organizations and has viewed up close the numerous challenges business owners face every day. His practical nature, along with his skills as a communicator, coach, and critical thinker are valuable assets in assisting owners to improve their businesses in ways that truly impact their lives.
Rich was drawn to TAB because he is passionate about helping other professionals in his community grow and succeed. He has learned by working closely with business owners that even successful owners can become overwhelmed or frustrated running their companies, often leading to perpetual feelings of fatigue, stress, or isolation. Seeing this, he recognized that business owners would benefit from an organized way to routinely tap into each other’s expertise and experience for added support. It wasn’t until Rich discovered TAB that he realized how he could provide this vital service to business owners in need.
Rich is a longtime Eastside resident and lives in Woodinville with his wife. He enjoys spending time with his family, following sports, traveling, and seeking out exceptional food and wine.
